At Yash Vardhan Enterprises, we are committed to delivering premium-quality, fresh, and 100% natural dry fruits and spices.

Eligibility for Returns / Replacement

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, broken, or leaking.
  • Incorrect product delivered (different from what was ordered).
  • Product is spoiled or defective at the time of delivery.
📌 To be eligible, you must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Product has been opened, used, or partially consumed.
  • Product not stored properly after delivery.
  • Delay in reporting the issue beyond 24 hours.
  • Natural variations in color, texture, size, or taste.

Return / Complaint Process

  1. Record an unboxing video at the time of receiving the product.
  2. Continue recording while inspecting the entire product, including the jar/packet and its condition.
  3. In case of damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect products, kindly share:
    • Unboxing video (mandatory for verification)
    • Order details (Order ID, Name, Contact Number)
  4. Send the details via Email or WhatsApp.
  5. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
Note: The unboxing video is essential for verification and helps us resolve your concern quickly and efficiently.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after verification and approval.
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

Replacement Policy

  • Eligible customers will receive a free replacement product.
  • Replacement orders will be dispatched within 2–4 working days after approval.

Important Notes

  • We ensure strict quality checks before dispatch.
  • Spices are freshly ground after receiving your order.
  • Customers are requested to inspect the package at delivery.
  • Proper storage is recommended to maintain product quality.
